OBS were engaged by Roche mining to develop a workflow solution using Microsoft Office and Sharepoint technologies to improve decision making for key management..
The OBS solution has allowed Roche Mining to manage the internal management reporting. The process now leverages existing data and displays it with ease for managers to make decisions. A combination of innovative technology and flexible business process, OBS and Roche delivered a solution that provided real business value to Roche.
The solution consists of customised Microsoft with InfoPath forms, Word Documents, Sharepoint technologies and Nintex SmartLibrary workflow. The solution was adopted quickly by tender teams as it leverages Microsoft Office products that teams are accustomed to using. Through Nintex SmartLibrary workflow settings Roche are able to ensure all management reports are tracked and managed for auditing and compliance.
