OBS builds Microsoft Australia's own Employee Portal

Microsoft engaged OBS to help design and implement a new intranet for Microsoft Australia and New Zealand called Intercom. An analysis of corporate communications led OBS to design Intercom so that information became easily accessible and real time. Intercom has appealed to Microsoft employees as it has an easy to use interface and branded with a real employee focus.
