SAI Global’s Compliance Division had two goals that they sought to achieve with the development of the knowledge base solution. Firstly, to redevelop an acquired Privacy database that was outdated and did not have the capabilities to efficiently handle any newly acquired data; secondly to introduce a user management system that would support subscription-based access for SAI Global customers.
