PKF has an in-house workflow and document management system which was creating ongoing support problems. PKF engaged OBS to provide a solution. The new solution utilises SharePoint and Nintex Workflow 2007 to automate approval and business processes.
It has provided PKF with a sophisticated, yet intuitive system for the preparation, management and approval of all client workpapers and correspondence.
