OBS signs exclusive partnership agreement with Pervasent
06 December 2012
OBS is excited to announce an exclusive partnership with Californian company, Pervasent, who has given OBS the exclusive Australian Partner rights for their leading product, Board Papers – a unique approach to traditional meeting portal solutions.
Board Papers deploys on the powerful Microsoft SharePoint Server (2007 & 2010) and securely delivers meeting documents to Director’s or Executive’s  via an intuitive and simple to use iPad application.
Board Papers have all the features you’d expect from a meeting portal solution and more. A few stand outs are that it leverages an existing and familiar platform rather than forcing the use of the provider’s Cloud, which in turn enables businesses to have complete control over their highly sensitive and competitive material. Bespoke workflows can be applied to processes such as ratifying minutes, completing on the spot surveys,  sending meeting notifications and helping board secretaries coordinate the efficient assembling of board packs.
Pervasent chose OBS as its exclusive Australian Partner because of their experience with SharePoint and Nintex Workflow and the fact that OBS had shown the solution to some key customers early after Board Paper’s entry into the Australian market.
OBS is a leading Australian IT Services Company focused on helping organisations transform their business with Microsoft technologies. OBS has helped over 300 organisations including government, public and private businesses including a quarter of the ASX 200. As Australia's first Microsoft Gold Partner, OBS currently holds five Microsoft Gold Competencies covering SharePoint, Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Cloud technologies. OBS was recently awarded Best Place to Work in Australia by BRW.
